MSc. Alba Espina García

Graduated (Bachelor of Arts) in Conservation and Restoration of Culture Heritage at Escuela Superior de Arte del Graduated (Bachelor of Arts) in Conservation and Restoration of Culture Heritage at Escuela Superior de Arte del Principado de Asturias (ESAPA), Spain (2014).

MSc degree in Science and Technology of Materials at University of Oviedo, Spain (2016). Short-term study/research stay (3 months, 2016) at Instituto de Estructura de la Materia, CSIC (Madrid), Spain. It was concerned on developing the Master thesis project: Vibrational characterization of synthetic pigments of historical interest to the cultural heritage by spectroscopic techniques based on non-destructive optical plasmonic effects.

Since September 2017, the PhD student at Department of biophysics, P. J. Safarik University in Kosice, Slovakia. She is working on the project focused on the black inks and their non-invasive Raman and SERS analysis under supervision of dr. Jurasekova.
Since September 2018, the PhD student in the Double Diploma Programme (P. J. Safarik University in Kosice, Slovakia; Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain).
